Thursday night Trampled by Turtles and Old Crow Medicine Show had premier performances to a sold-out crowd with the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains as a backdrop. Sunday’s line-up features big names like Tony Rice Unit, Del McCoury Band, Peter Rowan, David Grisman Quintet, Larry Keel and more.

There are trails to hike, run, and bike on and the weather is perfect this weekend with beautiful blue skies and clear views of the mountains. Sunday promises to be even more beautiful with highs in the low 80’s. In addition to the music, the 80-acre mountain plateau offers a progressive ‘Global Village’ area of workshops and demonstrations, over 100 artisans and crafters, incredible food offerings from pulled-pork BBQ to fresh sushi and hand-churned ice cream, a comprehensive healing arts area, and a Children’s Universe. Sunday there will be yoga and pilates classes, Taekwondo and Drumming workshops and fun for all ages.
